Companies Hiring Now [part-time / overnight]

The closed schools, working from home, and asking us to remain indoors as much as possible have boosted online shopping and grocery deliveries or curbside pickup. Companies are having a hard time keeping up with orders, so, if you need a part-time job check out the companies hiring now, and the ones offering a “contactless” option to keep workers and consumers safe.

Hiring part-time workers to satisfy demand.

Amazon is one of the main companies hiring now, it’s goal is to hire 100,000 workers for warehouse and distribution to meet the demand, they are paying $17 dollars (it used to be $15, but because of the surge in demand they added $2/hr. through April) for Whole Foods Shopper, warehouse and deliveries. 

You should also check out companies like Walmart, Kroger’s, Target, they are in need of workers for distribution centers, warehouse, overnight stocking, and deliveries.

Companies offering “contactless” options.

Grocery delivery apps are on high demand during this crisis, try Instacart and Doordash for easy signup, background screening and to check availability in your area. Be a local shopper and support vulnerable populations who can’t go out and shop for groceries.
